If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are handed over to the customer or a person designated by them.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision:
Email: noblewallet.eu@gmail.com
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
§7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The warranty period for consumers is two years from the date of receipt of the goods.
In case of defects, the customer is entitled to initial fulfillment (repair or replacement). If this fails, the customer may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For other damages, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In case of slight negligence of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
