Production & Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Gelato.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Europe: 5–8 business days
International: delivery times may vary depending on destination

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will work on a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. NobleWallet is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
